Movies in the Parc returns Saturday

Things get "tangled" at Parc International.

Downtown Lafayette’s Parc International plays host once again to Movies in the Parc, a family-friendly movie event in which kids are free to be kids. This Saturday, May 23, Tangled is the movie of the evening. Children are invited to dress up as Rapunzel, Flynn Rider or any one of their favorite characters!

A 100-foot -ong golden ponytail will great guests when the gates open at 6 p.m. with the movie starting shortly after. There will be activities for the little ones, but they are invited to run around and enjoy themselves freely as the Parc is gated.

Admission is $3; there’s no charge for children age 5 and younger. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. Parking can be found at Parc-Auto du Centreville at Polk and Vermilion streets and keep in mind that metered parking spots are free Downtown on Saturdays.
