ST. GEORGE ACCUSATIONS BRING UNWANTED ATTENTION
JUN 9 The organizers of an effort to secede some white neighborhoods from Baton Rouge may have received a check, the Advocate reports here. The St. George group accused an opposition group, Better Together, of harassing folks who signed the St. George petition, forcing them to remove their names from it. But, this story reveals, in some cases it is more likely that this was how the St. George group got them to sign in the first place. Huh.
