MANN: HISTORY WILL BE RUTHLESS TO JINDAL

Since protestors only seem to come out when black people are killed by police - and not when black people are killed by black people - do they truly believe that rallying cry that "black lives matter"? And if we're just worried about police brutality, why no outcry over Minjarez's death? Interesting questions, all.

BENSON: KIDS' BETRAYAL 'FOR THE BIRDS'
JUN 15 Fox Sports gives a round up of the trial, over in Texas, of Tom Bensons' family'sattempt to wrest control of his empire from him. His daughter and grandkids sued when he took their control away and gave it to his wife. They claimed he is nuts. Benson says he knows how it will come out - he could tell by looking at the judge.
