SEP 10 This is a satire piece on the Political Garbage Chute site about our own Bobby Jindal and Annie Wilkes Kim Davis. It's pretty funny - especially if you caught the stories about how Mike Huckabee's aides pander-blocked Ted Cruz at the hoedown that was had following her release from the pokey.

THE ATLANTIC ON BLACK LIVES IN NOLA
SEP 10 The Atlantic posts this piece on the deaths of young black men, particularly the young black men of New Orleans. There's a companion video piece on Angola here that's also worth your time.

SEP 10 If you've ever entertained the idea that Bobby Jindal doesn't exactly have a dream team running his campaign - here's food for thought. It's a video in which Jindal casts Donald Trump as the GOP's Charlie Sheen. (But unlike Charlie, Trump actually IS winning, so...?)

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE?
SEP 10 Here's a weird one. The Advocate reports that a former Baton Rouge TV reporter is claiming he was fired after asking David Vitter something (we don't know what). SHTICK HAS REJECTED ASK THE ADVOCATE QUESTIONS
SEP 10 If you've ever read the "Ask the Advocate" feature in that paper, you might wonder what questions didn't make the cut. The Red Shtick has the "answer," and this particular question has to do with climate change and the LSU game that wasn't.
Thursday's Blogs from the Bog!
Poor Bobby, he was too late to the Kim Davis canonization. Also today, a crazy new video from the Jindal campaign and some weirdness surrounding a Vitter-reporter interaction.
