Lafayette filmmaker Stephen Meaux, who’s captivating video series on local cuisine (“Dans Ma Cuisine”) and music (“Le Voisinage”) appeared on theind.com in 2014-15, has released a new short documentary about his experience in Nova Scotia studying in an intensive French immersion program at Université Sainte-Anne.
