We encourage all festivalgoers to walk, run or stroll through the historic tree-lined streets of downtown Lafayette. Presented by Stuller Inc., the Courir du Festival 5K is another way to Fuel the Festival, with all proceeds going to support the organization and keep Festival International admission-free. The 5K route is a certified race for those runners with a more competitive streak. Race day activities include live music by Sabra and the Get Rights, food, beer and awards. Registration packet includes an official race shirt and discounts from selected merchants.

Race Day
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to race start to allow time for parking and registration. On-site registration will open at 7:00 am at Scène Chevron Héritage, across from Chase Towers on the 600 block of Jefferson St. The race will start and finish near Scène Chevron Héritage. To celebrate Festival International’s 30th anniversary, the first 30 people to cross the finish line will receive a little lagniappe!
