Since 2012, Daby has been invited to sing at each of the fours corners of the globe, namely: the Grand Prix Formula 1 in Singapore alongside Bob Geldof and Rihanna; the launch of the America’s Cup in Italy with Enzo Avitabile; and as a supporting act for Peter Gabriel’s “Back To Front” world tour.

"From the cattle rearing Llanos Orientales, region of Colombia, Cimarrón performs the festive dance music of joropo, a fiercely virtuous display of rippling melodies and powerful rhythms combining Andalusian, Indigenous Indian and African roots. Led by harpist, Carlos Rojas, these musicians seek to explore and experiment with their rich heritage whilst retaining the essence of the tradition. The most accomplished llanera group in Columbia, Cimarrón’s Smithsonian album Si Soy Llanero was nominated for a Grammy in 2005. Cimarrón’s last album won the Best Latin Album Category of the Independent Music Awards 2012. This engagement of Cimarrón is made possible through Southern Exposure: Performing Arts of Latin America, a program of Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts."
Venant de la région d’élevage des Llanos Orientales, en Colombie, Cimarrón joue du joropo, musique festive de danse, dans une représentation excellente et rigoureuse de mélodies et rythmes ondoyants et puissants qui combinent des racines andalouses, indiennes, indigènes et africaines. Ivoirian star, Alpha Blondy, has certainly earned his reputation as the "enfant terrible" of African reggae. No one can deny that Blondy's hard-hitting reggae has caused a major stir on the West African music scene. Many of his songs are mainly sung in his native language of Dioula French and in English, although he occasionally uses other languages, like Arabic or Hebrew. Alpha Blondy celebrated 20 years as a recording artist with the release in 2002 of his CD MERCI, featuring Ophelie Winter and Saian Supa Crew, which earned him a 2003 Grammy Award nomination for "Best Reggae Album.”
