Edouard tracking West

Tropical Storm Edouard has continued tracking west and appears to be headed for landfall near the Texas Louisiana border sometime tomorrow morning. The storm’s track is expected to turn northward at some point today, and a hurricane watch remains in effect along the coast from Port O’Conner Texas to the mouth of the Mississippi River. Forecasters also caution isolated tornadoes are possible tomorrow across southern Louisiana and eastern Texas. As of 10 a.m., Edouard had maximum sustained winds of 45 mph. The storm's center was located about 160 miles south-southeast of Lafayette, La., 265 miles east-southeast of Galveston, Texas.
