Broussard native Erin Blanchard, a comeaux High grad, and Chris Estrada, who moved to Lafayette to train in 2001, take to the trampoline Saturday in Olympic competition. The men's and women's preliminaries will be televised at 9 a.m. on NBC.
Alaina Hebert, also of Broussard, is an alternate on the women's team. All three products come out of Lafayette's Trampoline and Tumbling Express, considered one of the country's best training facilities for trampolinists.
