So much has already been said and written about the horse farm land swap, but for me, the issue is quite clear ("Open Letter to Authement: Kill the Deal," Dec. 7). Ten or 20 years from now, will we be saying to ourselves, "Gee, if only we had developed more retail stores on Johnston Street," or, "Gee, if only we had set aside more green space for our community." Which do you think we'll miss more years from now?
