The Independent Weekly incorrectly stated that Garden Properties representative Tim Mahoney signed a letter of intent with Wide Eyes Entertainment to purchase the Grant Street Dancehall building ("Staging a Comeback," Jan. 11). Mahoney signed the letter with Dave Maraist, who is partnering with Wide Eyes.
