The Lafayette Parish School Board meets at 3 p.m. tomorrow to select a master planner to address maintenance and other issues related to the parish’s school facilities, The Advocate reports today. The special meeting will be followed by a joint meeting of the board and the Lafayette City-Parish Council that starts at 5:30 p.m. in the school board’s meeting room.
On March 3, the board met with five potential teams: CSRS of Baton Rouge and Architects Southwest of Lafayette; MGT of America and MBSB Group of Lafayette; Architects Beazley Moliere of Lafayette and the SHW Group; The Estopinal Group and The Lemoine Co. of Lafayette; and Garrard Project Management and the Baton Rouge architecture firm of Remson Haley Herpin Architects.
