Edwards bio sells out of first printing

by Nathan Stubbs

In his Political Fax Weekly, political columnist John Maginnis is reporting that Edwin Edwards' new authorized biography is flying off the shelves. Author Leo Honeycutt says orders already have exceeded the first printing of 10,000 books and that 3,000 were sold on Monday alone. Former Insurance Commissioner Jim Brown, who helped publish the book, is also reporting that there are now pre-orders for 10,000 more copies.

After a short delay, the book has finally arrived in Lafayette stores. Barnes and Noble received its shipment yesterday.
