Advertiser IDs state rep as 'bag head'

Someone really fell asleep at the production desk. Either that or The Daily Advertiser has suddenly taken its editorializing on public officials to a whole new level.

According to urbandictionary.com, "bag head" is a "term for a drug user. Possibly originating from the manner in which solvent addicts imbibe glue; they put the substance into a bag then repeatedly breath in and out with the bag over their mouth."
