Historic Preservation tax credits workshop

Downtown Lafayette has been approved as a Louisiana Cultural Products District. A Historic Preservation tax credits workshop will be held on March 31, at 5:30 p.m. at the Acadiana Center for the Arts. Downtown Lafayette has been approved as a Louisiana Cultural Products District. This designation expands tax credits for the rehabilitation of historic structures and properties located within the Downtown Lafayette Cultural District. To find out how to take advantage of this program, make plans to attend this instructional workshop conducted by the State Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism on Wednesday, March 31.
