Michael Moles has joined Bizzuka Inc. as executive vice president. In this newly created role, Moles is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of multiple departments related to product development and the delivery of new technology. Since 1988, Moles has served as president and CEO of Antares Technology Solutions Inc., the software technology development company he co-founded in Baton Rouge. Under Moles' leadership, Antares was named a Microsoft ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Inner Circle Partner, one of only 300 companies worldwide to earn such a distinction. Also, Shanna Naumann Higginbotham joined Bizzuka as executive vice president overseeing sales and marketing. Higginbotham most recently was the owner of Professional Consulting Partners, where she specialized in organization development consulting and executive recruiting solutions. From 1990 to 2007 she held various positions within Cox Media. Bizzuka also added Claire "Babette" Lastrapes as accounting manager, Matt Lang as internal network administrator and Jeremy Boykin as business development specialist. Lastrapes is a CPA with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She worked for 12 years in the public and private sectors managing all aspects of finance for various entities including St. Martin Parish Government and the city of New Iberia. Lang has been in the IT field since 1997. He traveled across North America, including a two-week stint at the American Embassy in Mexico City, installing, configuring and providing training on computer systems. Prior to coming to Bizzuka, Lang was a software developer for BDA in Seattle. Boykin is a sales and marketing executive with 10 years of experience. Most recently, he was a market consultant for Regent Broadcasting where he sold both radio and interactive marketing.

Scott Shirley has joined Creative Financial Solutions, an office of MetLife, as a financial services representative. He is a licensed insurance producer in Louisiana. Creative Financial Solutions offers a broad array of financial products and services including life, disability income, long-term care insurance and annuities, mutual funds and investment products. The company is located at 201 Energy Parkway, Suite 300.

Rick Frayard of UBS Financial Services attended the fifth annual Barron's Winner's Circle Top Advisors Summit, hosted by Barron's magazine to promote best practices in the industry and the value of advice to the investing public. The invitation-only conference was held at JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla. Joining Frayard were 91 of Barron's Top 100 Financial Advisors in the U.S.

Engineer Don Broussard of LUS was chosen by the Southwest Section of the American Water Works Association to receive the annual George Warren Fuller Award. The award is presented to AWWA members with distinguished service to the water supply field and is named after a 19th century consulting engineer who helped plan water and sewerage systems for more than 150 cities and corporations, including the city of New Orleans. Broussard has been LUS's water operations manager for more than 14 years, and holds Class IV certifications in water production, treatment and distribution, as well as wastewater collection and treatment.

Jim McDuff has joined St. Martinville-based Teche Bank and Trust as vice president and branch manager for the bank's new location at 1407 Jane Street in New Iberia, which is scheduled to open in April. The New Iberia native has 20 years of banking experience and specializes in all forms of loans, including commercial, consumer and private banking. He was previously employed by Capital One and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from LSU.

Rick Newton has joined the Outreach Center as CEO, replacing Valerie Keller. For the past 11 years he worked in various capacities at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Arkansas, most recently as CEO. He has 30 years of experience as both a clinician and administrator in the field of behavioral health care in Kentucky and Arkansas and holds a master's degree from Western Kentucky University in child development and family living and has worked in the public and private not-for-profit sectors as well as the for-profit sector. He has provided clinical and administrative leadership for children, adolescent, adult and geriatric programs with particular emphasis in the area of chemical dependency.

Frank's Casing Crew & Rental Tools Inc. has added three Mosing family members to its board of directors. Kirk Mosing, a Frank's employee for 23 years, formerly served as the company's hammer department manager and is now special projects coordinator. Mike Mosing has been a member of the Frank's team for 29 years and for the past decade has served as Lafayette flight operations manager. Keith Mosing joined the family business in 1965, working in the Lafayette facility. In 1974, he opened operations in Texas and Oklahoma. He now holds the position of executive vice president and COO of Frank's Casing Crew and Rental Tools Inc. and also is CEO of Frank's International, Antelope Oil Tool and Western Airways, and managing partner of Mosing Land and Cattle Company. Kirk, Mike and Keith join current Mosing family members, Donald, Larry and Brent, on the board.

Robin G. Freyou of New Iberia has been named partner at Castaing, Hussey, & Lolan LLC. A graduate of UL, Freyou has been with the firm since 1991, providing services and supervising staff on accounting, auditing and tax engagements with a concentration in the financial institution field.

Paul Beaullieu, a commercial real estate consultant with Keller Williams Realty Acadiana, was the top producing Realtor in dollar volume of sales for the third year in a row, based on statistics from the Realtor Association of Acadiana's Multiple Listing Service for 2009. Beaullieu has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2009, he had in excess of $51 million in total closed sales volume, the highest amount ever recorded in the MLS by an individual agent. Also, in late 2009 Keller Williams Realty Acadiana merged with Main Street Realty, owned by Walter Campbell and Regina Toce. In addition to Campbell and Toce, Selena Lormand, Judy Dartest, Kirby Boudreaux, Jeanette White, Brian Bertrand, Hilda Johnson and Mona Hebert have all joined Keller Williams, which was established in 2003 and now has 100 associates.
