Avec Souci would like to thank The Independent Weekly for its wonderful article on the garden of Claire and George Guidry ("Nature Trail," April 19). Erin Zaunbrecher and Terri Fensel did an outstanding job on the article and photography, which expressed how much dedication and hard work the homeowners put into their yard and sparked an interest to the reader, making them curious enough to attend the garden tour.
Avec Souci is very thankful to all the homeowners who are so gracious to open their gardens for viewing in our 2006 Garden Tour. We are also grateful to you for your continued support through great coverage about the event. Your support helps the success of our tour, which allows us to give back to our community.
