The son of legendary ocean explorer Jacques Cousteau, Jean-Michel Cousteau surveyed the Deepwater Horizon spill last week and will discuss the environmental and economic impact of the disaster and, according to Rom, "offer his insight into how BP and the federal government failed before the Horizon tragedy and what can be done now to ensure that they don't fail again in stopping the leak and protecting the Gulf of Mexico."
