Perillo is the chief meteorologist at KATC TV3 and has "25 years of experience in forecasting Gulf Coast weather and has tracked hundreds of tropical storms and hurricanes during his career, including major Louisiana storms such as Andrew, Lili, Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike." Over the years, he has appeared on the Learning, Discovery, National Geographic and Weather Channels in regards to weather related phenomena as well as CBS and CNN during the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster. It all goes down at the Vermilionville Performance Center Tuesday, June 8 at 6:30 p.m. Be there! For more information, call 482-1320.
