This month's Italian Vogue magazine features an unusual choice of fashion. This month's Italian Vogue magazine features an unusual choice of fashion.The August issue, titled "The Latest Wave," features supermodel Kristen McMenamy as an oil-slicked victim of the BP Gulf spill. Fragile as a pelican weighted down with black crude, McMenamy is photographed pasted down to a rocky beach, or grounded in the sand, choking on contaminated water. The shoot, captioned "Oil and Water," is designed to make an environmental statement. Take a look at it here.
