Charter commish to get 101 on traffic, planning and parks

Following a two-week break, the Lafayette Charter Commission resumes its work Monday evening in the council chamber. Following a two-week break, the Lafayette Charter Commission resumes its work Monday evening in the council chamber. Commissioners will receive presentations from the directors of the departments of Traffic & Transportation, Planning, Zoning & Codes and Parks & Recreation. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.

Need-to-know presentations are scheduled for Mondays through the end of October. The commission is set to begin deliberations on the Lafayette Home Rule Charter on Nov. 1.
