Bobby Jindal's debut book is now scheduled for a Nov. 15 release and titled Leadership and Crisis. Publishing date for the book, co-written by Peter Schweizer of the Hoover Institution, was pushed back earlier this year due to the Gulf oil spill, which now promises to be a major part of Leadership and Crisis. The book's cover photo features Jindal, his chief of staff, Timmy Teepell; Louisiana State Police Col. Mike Edmonson; and Louisiana National Guard Maj. Gen. Bennett Landreneau. It also includes this banner quote from Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour: "Anyone who thinks that the Republican Party doesn't have new and innovative ideas has never met Bobby Jindal." Amazon.com's description of the 256-page book indicates it will be chock full of reprimanding the Obama administration: In his new book, Leadership and Crisis, Jindal reveals the extent of the Obama administration's incompetence during the oil spill and shows why common sense conservative solutions are exactly what we need to solve all of our nation's biggest problems. Tackling everything from 'Obamacare' and the economy to environmental and energy issues, Jindal presents his own solutions to today's most pressing problems - and proves why the principles of limited government and conservative leadership are the key to getting America back on her feet.
