It's always a treat when the Times-Picayune publishes its Fall Dining Guide, with food writer Brett Anderson's picks for top 10 restaurants in New Orleans. After which follows a heated discussion on what restaurants didn't make the cut, which shouldn't be on the list to begin with, why my current favorite (Domenica) didn't crack the top 10.
