BP shares fell 2 percent Tuesday after news of the possible charges made international headlines. Bloomberg and other news agencies are reporting Tuesday that federal prosecutors are considering whether to seek manslaughter charges against BP managers linked to the April 20, 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion that killed 11 rig workers off the Louisiana coast. The blast led to the worst oil spill in U.S. history.
