Due to severe weather conditions tonight's performance by NIK-L-BEER for Downtown Alive! has been cancelled. I spoke to Jody Nederveld of the Downtown Development Authority and predictions are that weather shall remain severe so even if it looks as if downtown is clearing up later, for the safety of participants it is being cancelled.
