Passing by the old Sidebar on Jefferson Street, next to Mr. Gloss Shoe Shine, you'll see a flowered sheet in the window with a barely there sign - "Poupart's Bistro here for Festival!!" Seems as though Lafayette's downtown has one more choice for lunch, and hopefully breakfast.
