Donald Washington, the former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana, a non-profit, good-government group in Baton Rouge. Washington served eight years as the district's chief federal prosecutor at the federal courthouse in Lafayette during the term of former President George W. Bush. Washington. Washington joins three new board members - former Congressman Henson Moore of Baton Rouge, Alexandria banker Blake Chatelain and Stephanie Cargile, public and government affairs manager for Exxon Mobil in Baton Rouge - and four current members reelected to three-year terms.
