The Rutherford Agency and Superior One Realty, both small Lafayette-based agencies, have merged with Keller Williams Realty Acadiana, the trio of firms announced Tuesday.
"The systems, Internet presence and culture of the company were a perfect fit for our agents," says Rutherford's Beverly O'Quinn. "This association with Keller Williams Realty will allow us to market our clients' properties in a truly effective manner, and give our agents opportunities for more advanced training." Joining Keller Williams along with O'Quinn are Jed DeJean, Tim Rutherford and Barry Fabacher.
Manny de la Rosa, president of Superior One Realty, says he joined Keller Williams for similar reasons.
Keller Williams Realty Acadiana, located at 900 S. College Road, Ste. 1300, was established in 2003 and has 122 associates.
