Friday is deadline for tickets to hear coach Hud

by Leslie Turk

You need to secure your spot before 3 p.m. Friday.

UL's turnaround coach Mark Hudspeth makes his Independent Lecture Series debut Tuesday, Nov. 15, three days after what will hopefully be a victory on the road against Arkansas State, at least a conference co-championship title and the Cajuns' first bowl berth in 41 years.

Yes, we are optimistic. And so is coach Hud, which is why The Ind and IberiaBank have teamed up to bring this event to the community at such an exciting point in the season.

The deadline for tickets is 3 p.m. Friday, so please get your request in now. Don't miss the opportunity to join Acadiana's business leaders, a number of whom are themselves former UL athletes, and Ragin' Cajuns fans on Tuesday at noon to hear coach Hud talk about the inspirational season and the incredible group of student-athletes he is helping find success on and off the field. Learn more about the kind of leadership it takes to make a remarkable turnaround so quickly.

Lunch tickets are $40 per person or $350 for a reserved premium table for eight. Complimentary theatre-style seating will be available for those who want to come for the speech only, but an RSVP is needed.
